Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Every JetStream PC is built-to-spec. The photos on our site show the case you’ll receive, but internal components may vary in brand or appearance due to availability and order specification. We use placeholder photos for some parts to keep builds flexible—so your final PC might look a bit different than generic images.

Need a specific aesthetic (e.g. black on white, or no-RGB)? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Just log into our site, navigate to your My Account page, and then click on Orders. There you’ll find everything you need!

Something’s wrong! How can I return an item?

All JetStream PCs come with a minimum one‑year parts & labor warranty. We’re happy to make it right if your system arrives DOA, has a serious defect, or doesn’t match the description—just review our full Refund & Returns Policy first.

To start a return or warranty claim, you must request an RMA number. This helps us track your shipment and speed up your repair or replacement.

  1. Email us at support@jetstreampcs.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. If we can’t resolve the issue remotely, we’ll issue you an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions.

Once we receive your RMA’d item, we’ll diagnose, repair or replace it, and get it back to you ASAP—no surprises.

How long will it take for for my PC to arrive? 

Jetstream PCs offers fully custom builds and needs a few days after you place an order to source the parts.

In most cases, after placing your order, JetStream PCs will be able to ship your PC within 14 calendar days of your placing an order, but supply chain issues including delays and shortages can delay your build.

Once your PC is shipped, you can expect a transit time of 1-5 business days, but we can’t guarantee any specific transit time. We typically ship with UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

Where can I ship my order?

For now, JetStream PCs will only ship to the contiguous 48 states, within the United States.

If, however, you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or any US territory, don’t hesitate to email us at support@jetstreampcs.com and we’ll see if we can make special arrangements! International shoppers are also encouraged to reach out.
