JetStream PCs Refund & Return Policy

Return Policy

  • 15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return
  • Restocking Fee: 25% restocking fee applies unless you received a product with defective hardware confirmed by our team
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in the same condition received and in original packaging
  • Missing Packaging: Additional fees apply if original packaging is not available; damages due to non-original packaging may result in additional fees or refund refusal
  • Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase required for all returns

Refund Policy

  • Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment source
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are fully refundable if the order is cancelled prior to shipment. Once an PC has shipped, shipping feels are non-refundable except in cases where a PC is received in non-functional or irreparable condition, as determined by our technical support team after troubleshooting
  • Limitations: Refunds will not be issued for orders outside of the 15-day return window from the date of delivery

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-Hour Window: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours at no charge
  • Production Stage: Orders cancelled after the 24 hour cancellation window will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Build Times: Standard builds take 10-15 business days; custom water-cooled systems may take up to 30 days

Return Process

  • Initial Inspection: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for defects/damages
  • Return Authorization: Contact support@jetstreampcs.com to start a return; items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees incurred by the customer are non-refundable. If a product is returned to JetStream PCs for any reason, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to them after any repairs or processing
  • Refund Method: Refunds processed to original payment method after inspection and approval
